Hans-Günther Müller

Hans-Günther Müller (* 1955 in Upper Austria ) is an Austrian singer and actor .

After studying singing at the Bruckner Conservatory in Linz from 1972 to 1977, he made his debut at the Vienna Chamber Opera as 'Graf Zedlau' in Viennese blood . Until 1982 he had roles here as a lyric tenor .

In 1980 he played a guest role in Der fidele Bauer at the Raimund Theater in Vienna . ('Stefan') and in 1983 'Adam' in The Bird Dealer at the Bern City Theater .

The artist was involved in operetta concerts in Austria and abroad. In the role of 'Freddy' in the musical My Fair Lady , he was on tour throughout Germany.

He has been engaged at the Linz State Theater since 1983 . He played, among others, 'Pedrillo' in Die Entführung aus dem Serail , 'Eisenstein' in Die Fledermaus . He was also seen in his dream role, 'Danilo', in The Merry Widow .

Throughout Austria, he was by some television appearances during ORF known, he was a guest at the legendary Heinz Conrads and also in Alfred Boehm in the seniors' club .

In the 2008/2009 season he will again play 'Colonel Pickering' in My Fair Lady , furthermore 'Baron Innozenz Weps' in The Bird Trader and the 'Vicomte von Létorières' in La traviata .
