Hans-Jürgen Klinker

Hans-Jürgen Klinker (born January 13, 1921 in Uelsby ( Schleswig district ), † August 1, 1988 in Hamburg ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending secondary school, Klinker trained as an agricultural engineer and went into business for himself as a farmer . Klinker was chairman of the Schleswig-Holstein farmers 'association and vice-president of the German farmers' association . He was also chairman of the supervisory board of the Centralen Marketinggesellschaft der deutschen Agrarwirtschaft ( CMA ) and chairman of the board of Butter- und Eier-Zentrale Nordmark eG in Hamburg, and chairman of the supervisory board of Schleswig-Holsteinischen Zucker AG and Nordfleisch AG Hamburg.

Klinker was single and of Evangelical Lutheran faith.

MP

On November 1, 1948, Klinker succeeded the deceased Hans Bundtzen in the Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein and was then a member of the Landtag until his resignation on January 9, 1963 . There he was chairman of the committee for food, agriculture and forestry from 1954 to 1963, and from 1958 to 1962 he was also a member of the board of the CDU parliamentary group.

Klinker entered the state parliament in 1948 via the state list , in 1950 as a directly elected member of the Schleswig-Ost constituency and then always as a directly elected member of the Südangeln - Schwansen constituency .

On December 10, 1962, he replaced the resigned MP Ernst Engelbrecht-Greve in the Bundestag and was then a member of the German Bundestag until 1972 and again from 1976 to 1980 . During this time he was a German representative from December 14, 1962 to February 14, 1973 and from January 19, 1977 to July 16, 1979 in the European Parliament .

Hans-Jürgen Klinker entered the Bundestag in 1962 and 1976 via the Schleswig-Holstein state list and otherwise as a directly elected member of the Segeberg - Eutin constituency .
