Hans-Reinhard Scheu

Hans-Reinhard Scheu (born August 2, 1941 in Wiesbaden ) is a former radio reporter and television presenter .

Life

Scheu studied economics in Mainz . Here he joined the Corps Hassia-Gießen to Mainz . He also worked as a freelancer for Südwestfunk before he became a permanent sports reporter for the SWF in Baden-Baden in 1971 . He became known through his work as a radio reporter for games in the Bundesliga . But he also reported on table tennis games, skiing and Formula 1 on the radio, among other things .

He hosted the program Sport under the magnifying glass for Südwest-Fernsehen and reported on world championships and the Olympic Games .

Hans-Reinhard Scheu was the chief sports reporter at SWR until he left his job in 2005 and retired. Today he acts, among other things, as the chairman of the Baden-Palatinate Sports Journalists' Association.
