Hans Bänninger
Hans Bänninger (born March 17, 1924 in Zurich ; † August 22, 2007 there ) was a Swiss ice hockey goalkeeper .
Career
Hans Bänninger participated for the Swiss national team in the Winter Olympics in St. Moritz in 1948 and in Oslo in 1952 . With his team he won the bronze medal at the 1948 Winter Games. He was also in his country's squad at the World Championships in 1950 and 1951 , where he also won the bronze medal. As the best European team, Switzerland became European champions in 1950. At club level he played for Zürcher SC .
