Hans Cipowicz (born September 25, 1989 in Erfurt ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Cipowicz began his athletic career in handball before he decided to play volleyball in 2004. After he started at HSV Weimar , he was trained at a sports high school in Erfurt and played at VC Gotha . In the 2005/06 season he came from the youth to the men's team and made it to the second division. However, the middle blocker gave preference to funding at VC Olympia Berlin and was appointed to the junior national team. After a year in the Bundesliga with the VCO, Cipowicz moved to TV Rottenburg in 2009 . In March 2012, Cipowicz was appointed to the national team's 29 squad .

After completing his studies in Tübingen, Cipowicz went back to Thuringia and has been playing for third division promoted 1. VSV Jena 90 since 2018 .
