Hans Dirscherl
Hans Dirscherl (born March 4, 1889 in Kössing , † April 16, 1962 in Nuremberg ) was a German politician ( Economic Party (WP) , FDP ).
Life and work
Dirscherl, who was of the Roman Catholic faith, was a master orthopedic shoemaker by profession. From 1945 to 1955 he was President of the Chamber of Crafts for Middle Franconia . In 1948 he became the first chairman of the newly founded Bavarian Crafts Day .
politics
From 1930 to 1932 Dirscherl was a member of the Reichstag for the Reich Party of German Middle Classes .
After the Second World War , Dirscherl joined the FDP in 1949. From 1947 to 1955 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate as a representative of the trade . He was a member of the German Bundestag in the first legislative period (1949–1953). Together with Richard Stücklen , he was one of the fathers of the craft regulations with which - according to the Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs, Dr. Hanns Seidel at the annual meeting of the Bavarian Crafts Day 1953 in Passau - "finally the unrestricted freedom of trade imposed by the American occupiers was abolished".
