Hans Hablitzel

Hans Hablitzel (born April 20, 1945 in Kronach ) is a German administrative lawyer as well as labor , social and cultural administration lawyer .

Life

Hans Hablitzel studied philosophy , law and political science as well as psychology , educational and social sciences at the universities in Würzburg, Tübingen, Heidelberg and Bonn. In 1968 he passed his first state examination with distinction. He was then a legal trainee and at the same time assistant at the law faculty of the Würzburg University. At the University of Würzburg , he was in 1970 with a thesis on collective labor at Günther Küchenhoff to Dr. iur. utr. In 1972 the assessor exam took place. In 1987 he was at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn with a thesis on the French philosopher Jean-Marie Guyau for Dr. phil. PhD.

After completing his studies, he entered the civil service in 1972 and initially worked at the Bavarian State Ministry for Economics, Transport, Infrastructure and Technology . In 1983 he moved to the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, most recently as a ministerial advisor in the areas of training and further education as well as legal supervision of the chambers of commerce. Hans Hablitzel is considered to be the father of the Advancement Training Assistance Act (AFBG) , better known as "Master BAföG".

Hans Hablitzel teaches as an honorary professor at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt . His scientific interests include the areas of the state and administrative law , the labor law to philosophy and history of science. In 1993 he was appointed honorary professor at the KU Eichstätt. Since 1989 he has also been teaching in the teaching and research area of ​​philosophy and human ontogenetics at the Humboldt University in Berlin .

Hablitzel, member of the Catholic student association KDSt.V. Cheruscia Würzburg in CV since 1964, was president of the student parliament of the Würzburg University in the winter semester 1967/68 as well as a student member of the university's senate. On his initiative, the "Würzburger Studentenunion" (WSU) was founded in 1968. This list of the corporate student body of Würzburg immediately won nine out of 21 seats in the university elections in the summer of 1968.

He was the initiator of a stamp for the 200th birthday of Johann Kaspar Zeuss , which the Irish postal administration issued.
