Hans Heinrich Rupp
Hans Heinrich Rupp (born March 11, 1926 in Annweiler am Trifels ; † April 9, 2020 ) was a German lawyer .
Life
He studied mathematics, physics and law at the University of Heidelberg and the University of Mainz . In 1950 he passed the first state examination in law. After receiving his doctorate in Mainz in 1953, he became a district judge in 1955 . After completing his habilitation in Tübingen in 1963 , he became a private lecturer there and in 1964 a professor in Marburg . From 1968 to 1992 he taught as a professor for public law in Mainz.
