Hans Hellmut von Lindenfels (* 25. February 1888 in Le Havre , France; † 8. December 1967 in Sulzbach-Rosenberg ) was District Administrator of the district Sulzbach-Rosenberg .

Life

After graduating from high school, Hans Hellmut von Lindenfels studied law in Munich , Kiel , Freiburg and Würzburg . He then did his military service as a one-year volunteer with the 4th Field Artillery Regiment in Augsburg . Before his military service , which lasted from August 4, 1914 to December 10, 1917, he was a legal intern at the Ansbach district court; In 1912 he passed the first state examination in law. After the war he became a councilor in the Lichtenfels district office . Interrupted by a six-year activity in the Nuremberg-Fürth police department, he came to the Sulzbach-Rosenberg district on October 1, 1933 as a district administrator. On May 1, 1935, he became a member of the NSDAP . He held office as district administrator until he was seconded to the Arnsberg district government on August 15, 1942. In Arnsberg - apart from his work as deputy district administrator in Lippstadt - he remained until May 14, 1945. The following day he was relieved of his office and interned. After his release from prison, von Lindenfels initially worked as a gardener until June 1948, when he was again employed by the Sulzbach-Rosenberg district office.
