Hans Klein (soccer player, 1927)

Hans Klein (born May 17, 1927 ) is a former German soccer player .

The goalkeeper played with Eintracht Bad Kreuznach from the 1950/51 season in the Oberliga Südwest . After 56 appearances for Bad Kreuznach in this league, Klein rose with his team at the end of the league season in 1951/52 . He then moved to SV 07 Waldhof for one season , for which he played 2 games in the Oberliga Süd . For the 1953/54 season he moved to the II. Division for SSV Reutlingen 05 . In his first season with the SSV, he rose to the Oberliga Süd. After the Reutlingen goalkeeper Heiner Schober was injured in the penultimate league game of the SSV in the league season 1954/55 , Hans Klein completed his only league assignment for SSV Reutlingen on May 1, 1955 against FSV Frankfurt , which despite a 1: 3 defeat in this game was runner-up in the Oberliga Süd. Due to Schober's arm fracture, Hans Klein was also used in the 3-0 defeat of SSV Reutlingen in the first qualifying game of SSV Reutlingen in the qualifying round of the final round of the 1955 German championship against SV Sodingen . In the subsequent 1: 2 defeat against Wormatia Worms in the second qualifying game, Klein's competitor Karl Kugel replaced the injured Heiner Schober.
