Hans Kutter

Hans Kutter (born February 8, 1870 , † 1929 in Potsdam ) was a German administrative lawyer .

Life

Kutter studied law at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin and the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1892 he became active in the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg with Hermann Röchling and Max von Vopelius . After 1895, the state examination had passed, he moved still clerkship of the administration of justice in the internal administration of the Kingdom of Prussia . As a government assessor , he was with the district governments in Marienwerder , Köslin and Frankfurt / Oder . On April 1, 1909 he was appointed provisionally , and in November 1909 he was finally appointed district administrator in the Graudenz district. After the Treaty of Versailles , he was the German agent for the West Prussian part of the Allenstein voting area . For the handover of the civil administration on December 22, 1919 he was General Commissioner. After the Kapp Putsch he was replaced by Theodor von Baudissin ; whether and how he was involved in the coup is unclear. In the Free State of Prussia , he was most recently Executive Council in the government in Potsdam . He died in office at the age of 59.
