Hans Pfeiffer (writer)

Hans Pfeiffer (born February 22, 1925 in Schweidnitz , Lower Silesia Province ; † September 27, 1998 in Wurzen near Leipzig ) was a German author, playwright and storyteller.

Life

After the Second World War , Pfeiffer studied at the School Science Institute in Leipzig and initially worked as a teacher. He then studied philosophy , history and literature at the Karl Marx University in Leipzig .

He later earned his living as a lecturer and professor of artistic teaching at the Johannes R. Becher Institute in Leipzig and as a freelance writer.

Pfeiffer wrote detective novels and popular science collections of forensic medical cases, which were published by Verlag Das Neue Berlin and Greifenverlag Rudolstadt. From the 1990s his books were published by Militzke-Verlag . Pfeiffer also wrote historical novels, biographies and radio and television plays.
