Wolf-Dieter Panse
Wolf-Dieter Panse (born June 19, 1930 in Berlin ; † April 9, 2013 ) was a German actor , director and acting teacher.
Professional background
Panses professional activity as an actor and director took place primarily in the GDR . He worked primarily for television in the GDR . From 1988 to 1990 he worked as a professor of directing in the technical college distance learning for middle and senior cadres in the cinema industry. After the reunification he worked from 1990 to 1995 as a university professor at the University of Film and Television "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam-Babelsberg and acted as its rector. Panse was also active as a voice actor, so z. B. in the Soviet feature film Slave of Love .
Wolf-Dieter Panse died on April 9, 2013.
Honors
In 1978 he received (together with Manfred Mosblech and Helmut Schiemann) the National Prize of the GDR, 2nd class for art and literature.
