Hans Primate

Hans Primas (born June 18, 1928 in Zurich ; † October 6, 2014 ) was a Swiss chemist.

Primas studied chemistry at the Technikum Winterthur from 1948 to 1951 . After completing his habilitation in 1960, he became associate professor in 1961 and full professor ad personam in 1966 for physical and theoretical chemistry at ETH Zurich . 1967/68 and from 1976 to 1978 he was head of the chemistry department at the ETH Zurich.
