Hans Soelberg Struksnæs (born April 24, 1902 in Hov , † April 25, 1983 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian sailor .

Hans Struksnæs awarded for Kongelig Norsk Seilforening sailed, took in 1936 at the Olympic Games in Berlin in the 8-meter class part.
