Hans Zengerle (born April 12, 1947 in Marienstein ) is a former German soccer player who played 14 games in the 1st Bundesliga for Hertha BSC .

Player career

Hans Zengerle first played for SV Marienstein before moving to ESV Ingolstadt-Ringsee . There he completed in the Regionalliga season 1968/69 under coach Willibald Hahn all 34 games, where he got ten goals. For the 1969/70 season , the new trainer Karl Mai trained him as a defender. Zengerle filled this role so well that he remained a regular under Mai's successor Werner Bickelhaupt and played 32 games this season. The game 1970/71 Ingolstadt went again with a new coach. Karl-Heinz Schmal used Zengerle as a regular player just like his predecessors and he paid back the trust placed in him by helping ESV to stay in the league with good performances in 35 games (two goals).

For the Bundesliga season 1971/72 Hans Zengerle went to Hertha BSC . However, Helmut Kronsbein only used it nine times. In 1972/73 Zengerle only made five missions.

Because of this and because of a serious injury, Hans Zengerle switched back to ESV Ingolstadt in the summer of 1973.
