Hans Frhr. v. Bodenhausen

Hans Freiherr von Bodenhausen (born July 5, 1839 in Rüben near Leipzig , † June 12, 1912 in Meineweh , Weißenfels district ) was a German manor owner.

Life

Hans v. Bodenhausen first studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1860 he became active in the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . In 1861 he moved to the Georg August University of Göttingen , where he also joined the Corps Saxonia Göttingen . In the same year, after completing his legal traineeship , he took over the management of the Meineweh, Hollsteitz and Thierbach estates with a total of around 800 hectares of land that he had inherited from his father, as well as the Degenershausen Fideikommisses with 1000 hectares of land. He lived on my ache.
