Harald Scheerer

Harald Scheerer (born January 21, 1920 in Staßfurt , † December 31, 2011 in Calw ) was a German television presenter, professor emeritus for applied rhetoric , rhetoric seminar leader and book author.

education

Scheerer studied business administration during the Second World War and also took acting lessons. After the war he worked as an interpreter for the American occupation forces. He then worked as an actor , director , radio editor and marketing director. From 1965 he worked as a lecturer for advertising psychology at the Pforzheim University and later switched to the local department for sales management . From 1972, in addition to his teaching activities, he offered company seminars on rhetoric and leadership behavior , which he continued into the 2000s. In the 1970s he hosted the television quiz Who Lies Three Times on ARD. In the 1990s he conceived the broadcast One should be able to speak for WDR television .
