Harold William Fraser (born October 26, 1872 in Woodstock , Ontario , Canada , † January 4, 1945 in Ottawa Hills , Ohio ) was an American golfer .
biography
Harold Fraser played golf at the Inverness Club in Toledo , Ohio .
At the Olympic Games in 1904 in St. Louis when were the team event only two teams reported. Without further ado, ten players joined together and started as the United States Golf Association . This team, which also included Fraser, won the bronze medal. In the individual, however, he was eliminated in the qualifying round.
His only participation in a major event besides the St. Louis Games was with the US Amateur in 1907 . There he was eliminated in the second round, having previously defeated Walter Egan .
