Harro Heinrich Alexander von Senger (born March 6, 1944 in Geneva ) is a Swiss lawyer and sinologist .

Life

At the University of Zurich he received his doctorate in law in 1969 on the subject of sales contracts in traditional China and then in 1980 his habilitation on the subject of party, ideology and law in the People's Republic of China . Hermann Lübbe was co-referee for the habilitation thesis .
