Harry Frank Guggenheim

Harry Frank Guggenheim (born August 23, 1890 in Long Branch , New Jersey , † January 22, 1971 in New York ) was an American diplomat .

Guggenheim was born in Long Branch, New Jersey, in August 1890, to Daniel Guggenheim . He was the United States Ambassador to Cuba from 1929 to 1933 . He also served as President of the Daniel Guggenheim Fund for Aeronautics and was a co-founder of Newsday .
