Hartmut Leimeister

Hartmut Leimeister (born June 10, 1957 in Marktheidenfeld ) is a German chef .

Life

Leimeister completed an apprenticeship as a pastry chef from 1972 to 1975 and then as a cook until 1977.

After working at the Hotel Nassauer Hof Wiesbaden , at the Traube with Harald Wohlfahrt , with Jörg Müller in Morsum (Sylt) and with Josef Viehhauser at Le Canard in Hamburg, he has been chef de cuisine at the La Fontaine restaurant in Fallersleben since 1990 .
