Hartmut Stegemann (born November 14, 1908 in Niederschönhausen ; † January 22, 1987 in Moers ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ) and SA leader.

Hartmut Stegemann completed a commercial apprenticeship after attending the secondary school of the Royal Teachers' College in Spandau (1914 to 1921) and the municipal secondary school in Spandau (1921 to 1925). Until 1930 he was branch manager. In the same year he began to work full-time in the Hitler Youth . In 1933 he took over duties as area leader of the Kurmark. Stegemann achieved the rank of standard leader within the SA.

From 1933 to 1935, Stegemann was the main editor of the Märkischer Adler . Also from 1933 to 1937 he was head of the district organization for the Kurmark district. He was also district leader and representative of the NSDAP.

From March 1936 until the end of Nazi rule in spring 1945, Stegemann was a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 5 (Frankfurt, Oder). On March 9, 1943, he headed the main organization office of the NSDAP.

Hartmut Oskar Wilhelm Stegemann was married and has four children, a daughter and three sons. After the war he came to the Rhineland via his wife, who was born in the Rhineland, first to Bad Godesberg (now the city district of Bonn ), then to Oberwinter , now part of Remagen .

Two of his six brothers died in the resistance.
