Hasan Balaman
Hasan Balaman (* 20th March 1966 in the district Sütçüler / Province Isparta ; † 10. April 2016 ) was a Turkish politician and from March 2004 to March 2009 Mayor of Isparta .
Balaman graduated from the Selçuk University of Applied Sciences in Konya ( Selçuk University of Applied Sciences Konya Meslek Yüksek Okulu ) in 1987 in the field of business administration and administration . In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Marmara University . In 1995 he did his military service as a short-term soldier with the 5th Corps in Çorlu . He later worked as a managing director in various international companies. In the local elections on March 28, 2004, he was elected mayor of the city of Isparta for the AKP . Five years later he had to admit defeat to the MHP and Yusuf Ziya Günaydın .
In April 2016, he was killed in a car accident at the age of 50. He was married and the father of 3 children.
