Haselbach in der Rhön is a church village and part of the town of Bischofsheim in der Rhön in the Lower Franconian district of Rhön-Grabfeld at the foot of the Kreuzberg . Haselbach is located about one kilometer southwest of Bischofsheim, with which it has grown structurally.

On February 1, 1975, the municipality of Haselbach was incorporated into Bischofsheim an der Rhön, which has been called Bischofsheim in der Rhön since January 1, 2020.
