Hate Eternal ( engl. "Forever hatred" for) is an American death metal - band from Saint Petersburg , Florida . The band plays Florida Death Metal, which is typical for this region .

history

Hate Eternal was founded by Erik Rutan (ex- Morbid Angel ), Doug Cerrito, who came from the Suffocation , which had since been dissolved , Tim Yeung ( Divine Heresy , live drums for Morbid Angel) and Jared Anderson (ex-live vocals and live bass) Morbid Angel) in 1997. the band released their only demo recording in the form of a split - EP with the band Alas (a side project of Rutan). Then Hate Eternal got a record deal with Earache Records . However, since the beginning of 2007 they have been under contract with Metal Blade Records . Rutan also personally produced the last two albums. In 2006, drummer Derek Roddy left the band due to financial problems. In July 2007, the hitherto unknown Jade Simonetto was confirmed as a new band member, who remained in the band until the end of 2013.
