Hauke ​​Stars (born June 3, 1967 in Merseburg ) is a German manager . She has been a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Börse AG since 2012 and is responsible for the Cash Market, Pre-IPO & Growth Financing division and as Labor Director for Human Resources . Stars is the only female member of the Group's executive board. She is also the chairman of the management board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange .

After graduating from high school in 1985, she studied applied computer science at the Otto von Guericke University in Magdeburg between 1986 and 1991 and completed her studies with a degree in engineering . Between 1991 and 1992 she obtained a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Warwick , Coventry , ( Great Britain ).

Before moving to the Executive Board of Deutsche Börse in 2012, she held various positions at Bertelsmann (1992–1998), ThyssenKrupp (1998–2004) and Hewlett-Packard (2004–2012).

Stars is a member of the supervisory board of the following companies: Eurex Frankfurt AG , Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA , Clearstream International SA ., Kuehne + Nagel International AG . She is a member of the Senate of the German Academy for Technical Sciences and of the Presidium of the German Stock Institute .

Hauke ​​Stars is married and has three children.

At the end of April 2020, it was announced that she was moving to the Wirecard AG Supervisory Board .
