The Haus der Musik (HdM) in Wiesbaden is a record and music publisher as well as a musical seminar center .

history

The House of Music was created around 1990 from the musical work of Klaus Heizmann . After the Musisches Bildungszentrum St. Goar had to give up, he founded the Haus der Musik , which continues its work as a musical education and production facility in a reduced form to this day. After giving up the location in St. Goar, Heizmann has been running the house in Wiesbaden since 1994. As a publisher, it publishes music recordings and prints by Klaus Heizmann, Rolf Schweizer , Daniela Jooß-Kesselmeyer , Gilbrecht Schäl and others. It also serves as a conference venue for music seminars and voice training, organizes regular singing weeks for children and adults, and coordinates concert dates for its artists. Furthermore, the Wiesbaden studio choir, the women's choir Farbenfroh and the children's choir Die Mini-Maxis belong under its organizational umbrella .
