The Haval H7 is an SUV from the Haval brand belonging to the Chinese automobile manufacturer Great Wall .
history
The vehicle made its debut as a concept vehicle at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2013 , and a first production version was shown there two years later. In addition to the five-seat Haval H7, the manufacturer presented the Haval H7L, a seven-seat version that has been extended by around 20 centimeters. The final version of the Haval H7 was presented at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November 2015 and was launched on April 25, 2016 in China.
The SUV is available in China in a “Red Label” variant and a “Blue Label” variant. These can be distinguished from one another on the radiator grille , among other things . Haval introduced the “Label” strategy for the H7 at the beginning of 2017; the version of the SUV offered up to then corresponded to the “Blue Label” variant.
Technical specifications
The four -wheel drive SUV is powered by a 170 kW (231 hp) two-liter gasoline engine , which is also used in the Wey VV7 . This engine has been compliant with the China VI emissions standard since July 2019. The output drops to 167 kW (227 hp).
