The Haval H6 is an SUV from the Chinese car manufacturer Great Wall , which has been built in Tianjin since 2011 and in Bahovitsa, Bulgaria, since 2013 . The Haval H6 has been the best-selling SUV in China since 2013, and the millionth vehicle was manufactured on November 12, 2015.

Until the launch of the Haval sub-brand in 2013, the SUV was marketed as the Great Wall Haval H6 . The vehicle made its debut as a concept vehicle at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2010, and the production version was presented a year later at the Shanghai Auto Show . It went on sale in China on August 25, 2011. The vehicle went on sale in Bulgaria in August 2013; it is not offered in Germany .
The first generation will continue to be sold with a limited range even after the introduction of the second generation in May 2017.

The second generation of the H6 was presented in early 2017. It is offered in China in parallel to the previous model, which is still being built, and is again available in a “Red Label” variant and a “Blue Label” variant. The new H6 shares the platform with the Wey VV5 .

The third generation of the series was presented on July 7, 2020. It should go on sale in China in August 2020. The drive is taken over by the 124 kW (169 PS) 1.5-liter gasoline engine familiar from the previous model.

Haval H6 Coupé
Great Wall has been offering the Haval H6 Coupé since June 2015 . This vehicle is based on the Haval H6, but is shorter and flatter and has its own look.
