The Head Brook is the 70 km long headwaters of the Kogaluk River in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador .
River course
The Head Brook forms the outflow of a nameless lake located about 400 m high not far from the border with Québec . He leaves the lake on its east bank. It flows in an easterly direction through the east of the Labrador Peninsula . In doing so, he cuts through the hills of the Canadian Shield . 9 km above its confluence with Cabot Lake , the Mistastin River meets the river when coming from the south.
