Heike Ahlgrimm (born June 6, 1975 in Leipzig ) is a German handball trainer and former handball player .

Ahlgrimm learned to play handball at Sirokko Neubrandenburg , HC Empor Rostock and SV Fortuna '50 Neubrandenburg . At the age of 19 she moved to HSG Herrentrup / Blomberg , where she played for six years and made a decisive contribution to the rise and establishment of Lipper in the 1st Bundesliga . Then the 1.78 meter tall back player moved to Buxtehuder SV for two years and joined TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen in 2002 . She then returned to HSG Blomberg-Lippe before ending her career as a player after the 2010/11 season. From 2010 to 2012 Ahlgrimm worked at the HSG Blomberg-Lippe as a full-time trainer and youth coordinator. From 2012 to 2014 she was the coach of the Bundesliga team at Bayer Leverkusen. In the 2015/16 season she worked at HSG Bensheim / Auerbach as a C youth trainer and head of an academy. Then she took over the coaching of the women's team at HSG Bensheim / Auerbach. Under her leadership, HSG Bensheim / Auerbach rose to the Bundesliga in 2017.

Heike Ahlgrimm had played a total of 90 games for the German national team until she retired in 2004 .
