description
Kirchmöser Dorf in the southwest, Kirchmöser Ost in the east and Kirchmöser West in the north enclose the Holy See. It is located in the Brandenburg city lake basin . The remaining lake basin of the Heligen See is characterized by siltation , especially on the western bank. A ditch, closed for the passage of boats, connects the Holy See with the Mösersche See in the east as a drain . The lake does not have a natural inflow. However, some drainage ditches end in it.
The name, in 1589 "after the holy sight", indicates that the water was owned by the church. The Holy Lake has a size of about 55 hectares , a maximum depth of about 3 meters and a volume of about 1 million cubic meters . It is classified as a pikeperch - or as an eel - pike- pikeperch lake. In terms of fishing , however, it is listed as an intensive carp waters.
