Heiner Diefenbach

Heiner Diefenbach (born January 1, 1959 in Darmstadt ) is a German manager and industrial engineer .

Life

Heiner Diefenbach studied industrial engineering at the TH Darmstadt , graduated there in 1985 with a degree in industrial engineering and was a doctoral student at the Institute for Business Administration, Department of Operations Research and Business Informatics , University of Kaiserslautern from 1985 to 1988 . At the same time he was an employee of Deutsche Bank AG , Frankfurt headquarters, accounting and planning.

Diefenbach completed his doctorate on the subject of "Controlling information system for the foreign sector of an international banking company" in 1989 with Heiner Müller-Merbach as a Dr.rer.pol.

In 1988 he joined Deutsche Bank's corporate development department.

From 1992 to 2001 Diefenbach was at CSC Ploenzke in Kiedrich, most recently as CFO.

In 2005 he joined TDS Informationstechnologie AG , Neckarsulm, as a member of the board - today Fujitsu TDS. Additiv, since 2013 to 2016, Fujitsu Vice President Services Central Europe (Germany; Austria; Switzerland) and Managing Director Fujitsu Services GmbH, Munich.

In 2012 Diefenbach was appointed honorary professor at the TU Darmstadt, where he has been a lecturer at the Chair of Business Informatics, Peter Buxmann , since 1997 .

From 2017 Heiner Diefenbach worked for DST it-services GmbH, Heilbronn / Stuttgart.

Since January 1st, 2020 he has been working for SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner , based in Heidelberg, as Chief Financial Officer .

Act

Scientific assistant (1995–1999) and management of several research projects in cooperation with various companies as project partner.

Heiner Diefenbach is a board member of the Association of German Industrial Engineers

He is also a book author and achieved high sales figures with his novel "The Balance Sheet - A novel about finance, revenge and love".

Diefenbach has been active on supervisory boards / advisory boards and as a consultant for various industrial and service companies for many years.
