CrystalBridge - The Data Transformation Platform - creates planning security and transparency in highly complex IT and business transformations. With the help of special modules, detailed analyzes of SAP® systems are carried out, the effects of planned changes are visualized, data is migrated and historical data is archived.

• Test Data Organizer module: Test Data Organizer shortens the test process by making it possible to quickly provide precisely tailored and alienated data. This allows test teams to test earlier - with up-to-date, high-quality data.

SNP BLUEFIELD approach

The SNP BLUEFIELD approach is a new cloud migration concept that helps companies reduce the effort and runtime of SAP S / 4HANA transformations. The method enables systems to be merged, split, upgraded and harmonized in a single go-live project with automated data and business process tests.

The CrystalBridge transformation software is used in the SNP BLUEFIELD approach: First, a target SAP S / 4HANA system is quickly created, then data from several SAP and non-SAP systems is migrated to the target system, including the complete history and of customizing.

With this approach, companies can avoid a complete overhaul and redesign of their old systems, as would be necessary with the conventional greenfield and brownfield approaches, and thus minimize the risk and costs of a transformation.

The approach, supported by SNP and offered by IBM Services, has been available since July 2018.

Annual promotional events

Transformation World

Transformation World is an annual congress organized by SNP on the topics of IT and business transformation. From the beginning the event took place in the Print Media Academy in Heidelberg. The event is aimed at an international audience of IT managers and experts. The program includes practical lectures, workshops and discussion rounds, in which the participants get information and exchange ideas about transformation projects and future technological challenges.

Transformation Days

In addition to Transformation World, which takes place in Germany, every year SNP also organizes Transformation Days, a global roadshow that takes place in numerous cities across different continents. On the days of the event series, experts will provide information on transformation approaches and present software in live demonstrations. In 2018, the Transformation Days also took place in South America for the first time.

Social and community engagement

SNP has been committed to social issues since its foundation. The company supports organizations and projects in the fields of sport, art, culture, sustainability and charity, both regionally and internationally.

In the area of ​​social engagement, SNP supports the Heidelberg benefit regatta “Rowing against Cancer”, the German Children's Cancer Foundation, the German AIDS Help, the Shine Zambia Reading Academy, a charity that campaigns against illiteracy in Africa and the Sauti Kuu Foundation, which SNP supports needy families and young people in Africa.

SNP is also active in promoting sports. Among other things, the company is a jersey sleeve sponsor of the Bundesliga first division club TSG Hoffenheim and a partner of the US golf professional and five-time PGA Tour winner Bryson DeChambeau. In the Rhine-Neckar region, SNP supports the basketball team MLP Academics USC Heidelberg, the women's basketball team SNP BasCats USC Heidelberg and the soccer club SV Waldhof Mannheim 07.

In January 2020, SNP signed an agreement on naming and partnership rights for a new large sports hall in Heidelberg. It is to be opened in 2020 under the name “SNP dome”.

In the fields of art and culture, for example, SNP supports the Heidelberger Frühling, a music event for classical music.
