history
In 1989, the Indus Holding AG was founded by Winfried Kill, who began in 1985 to acquire stakes in medium-sized companies. The company has been listed on the stock exchange since 1995. Since July 2018, Dr. Ing.Johannes Schmidt CEO of Indus Holding AG. He succeeded Jürgen Abromeit , who was chairman for six years and switched to the supervisory board .
