The origin of the company lies in the founding of GCB mbH in 1986 by Günter Spahn together with a partner. Günter Spahn was CEO of the company until the end of 2008. Further important cornerstones of the company history of Amadeus FiRe AG are listed below:

• 1990 : Founding of FiRe GmbH by Günter Spahn together with other partners.
• 1998 : The merger into Amadeus AG took place until October of this year.
• 1999 : On March 4, 1999, Amadeus AG shares were traded for the first time on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
• 2003 : On August 6, 2003, Amadeus AG merged with FiRe AG to form today's Amadeus FiRe AG .

Services

The company offers personnel services in the commercial and IT sectors for temporary work, recruitment and interim management. The services offered are divided into the divisions Accounting, Office, Banking and IT services.

• Personnel services in the Accounting division include a. the departments of accounts receivable / accounts payable, financial / balance sheet accounting as well as controlling / reporting
• Personnel services in the Office Division include: a. the areas of assistance / secretariat / reception, human resources or marketing / advertising / PR
• Personnel services in the Banking Division include a. the areas of transaction banking, corporate finance or activities in the private and business customers segment
• Personnel services in the IT Services division include a. the departments support and user help desk, system / network administration as well as software and web development
• Every year around 15,000 course participants take part in advanced training courses at the Group's own advanced training institute, Steuer-Fachschule Dr. Endriss and Academy for International Accounting .
