The Dermapharm Holding SE , based in Green Forest is a listed German pharmaceutical company that specializes in the manufacture and marketing of dermatological and allergy has specialized preparations.

The company was founded in 1991 and has been based in Grünwald near Munich since 1998 . Other Dermapharm locations are in Austria and Switzerland. The company produces almost all of its preparations in Germany. With its subsidiary Mibe GmbH, Dermapharm has its own production site in Brehna near Leipzig . Mibe is one of the German companies with the largest number of registered trademarks; the product portfolio essentially comprises generics for various therapeutic areas.

Other companies in the Dermapharm Group are acis Arzneimittel ( generics ), Cancernova ( oncologics ), Anton Hübner ( health food products ), Diedenhofen (“Rheila”), Tiroler Nussöl Sonnenkosmetik ( sunscreens ), Axicorp (generics, reimports), Trommsdorff and Strathmann.

In 2016, the company failed to sell to financial investors. In 2018, the Beier family then sold 19.3% of their shares in an IPO .
