Heino Brodschelm

Hans-Heino Brodschelm (born September 18, 1944 ) is a German bus operator.

Career

Brodschelm was born as the son of the entrepreneurial couple Josef and Maria Brodschelm. In the mid-1920s, his father had built up the bus and forwarding company Brodschelm Verkehrsbetrieb from a bicycle workshop in Burghausen . He joined his father's company in 1967 and became a partner the following year.

Since 1979 he has been President of the Regional Association of Bavarian Bus Companies (LBO) and since 1992 Vice President of the Federal Association of German Bus Companies (bdo). As a delegate, he represented the interests of the German bus industry at the International Road Transport Union (IRU).

Brodschelm was also active on the advisory board of the Bavarian Railway Company (BEG) and in corresponding committees of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry . State Secretary Katja Hessel counted him in 2011 on the occasion of the award of the Federal Cross of Merit among the "state and nationwide (...) leading, innovative personalities in the transport industry".

For the CSU, Brodschelm sat as a district councilor in the district council of the Altötting district .
