Heinrich Fischer (politician, 1890)

Heinrich Fischer (born May 13, 1890 in Burg-Kauper ; † 1946 ) was a German farmer and politician ( DNVP , CNBL ).

Life

After graduating from elementary school and attending agricultural training courses, Fischer worked as a self-employed farmer in Burg-Kauper. In addition to his professional activity, he was deputy chairman of the Cottbus district department of the Prussian rural community association and deputy board member of the district synod . He was initially deputy chairman and in 1928 he was elected chairman of the Cottbus district association.

During the time of the Weimar Republic , Fischer joined the German National People's Party (DNVP). From 1920 he was the mayor of Burg-Kauper and a member of the district council of the Cottbus district . In May 1928 he was elected to the Prussian state parliament via constituency 5 (Frankfurt a. O.) , where he belonged to the DNVP parliamentary group until August 9, 1930. He resigned from the DNVP, was then a non-attached MP, and on October 14, 1930, after joining the Christian National Peasant and Rural People's Party (CNBL), he became a member of the German parliamentary group . In 1930 he was elected district chairman of the CNBL in Cottbus. Two years later he left the state parliament at the end of the legislative period. In 1933 he was a member of the provincial parliament of the province of Brandenburg for the Black-White-Red / NSDAP battle front .
