Heinrich Friedrich (Hohenlohe-Langenburg)

Heinrich Friedrich, Count zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg (born September 7, 1625 in Langenburg ; † June 2, 1699 ibid) was born as the youngest child of Count Philipp Ernst zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg and his wife Countess Anna Maria zu Solms-Sonnenwalde .

He was head of the Hohenlohe-Langenburg house and built the bell tower of the Langenburg town church, which has four bells and which still stands today. The count strove intensively and successfully to consolidate the county, which had been badly tested in the Thirty Years' War, and to reduce the national debt.

On January 25, 1652 he married Countess Eleonore Magdalene von Hohenlohe-Weikersheim (1635–1657), daughter of his uncle Georg Friedrich von Hohenlohe-Weikersheim (1569–1647), who, however, died in 1657.
