Heinrich Hermann Klemm

Heinrich Hermann Klemm (born January 8, 1816 in Dresden ; † May 16, 1899 ibid) was a German lawyer and politician. He was a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Grobe attended the Thomas School in Leipzig and later the Princely School in Grimma . He studied law at the University of Leipzig and then settled in this city as a lawyer, where in 1849 he was also a city judge and in 1856 a councilor at the district court. In 1859 he was Appellationsrat and in 1869 Oberappellationsrat in Dresden. At the same time he was deputy of the Royal Saxon Attorney General from 1861 to 1869. After that he was first councilor at the Royal Saxon Higher Regional Court. In 1848/49 he was a city councilor in Leipzig and in Dresden from 1874 onwards. He was also a member of the German Schiller Foundation .

From 1884 to 1893 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency Kingdom of Saxony 4 Dresden right of the Elbe , Radeberg , Radeburg and the German Conservative Party . In a by -election made necessary by the departure of Adolph Bartholomäus , he was elected to the second chamber of the Saxon state parliament in the constituency of Dresden 5 in 1889 , to which he belonged until 1893. Klemm died in Dresden in 1899 and was buried in the Trinitatisfriedhof .
