Henry II (Lions)
Henry II , called the girded ( buried around 1020; † 1078 in Nivelles ) was Count of Leuven and Count of Brussels from 1054 to 1078. He was the son of Count Lambert II and Oda von Verdun .
Little is known of his government, only that in 1071 he was Richilde von Hennegau, the widow of Baldwin VI. of Flanders and mother of Arnulf III. in vain against the usurpation of her brother-in-law Robert the Friesian supported. Half a generation later his daughter married Ida Arnulf's brother Baldwin II of Hainaut .

He married Adelheid, the daughter of Count Eberhard in the Betuwe and von Teisterbant , and later founder of the Affligem monastery . Your children were:
