Heinrich Julius Pistorius

Heinrich Julius Pistorius (born January 13, 1781 in Poseritz ; † March 27, 1861 in Wolgast ) was a lawyer, Pomeranian local politician and mayor of Wolgast.

Life

Heinrich Julius Pistorius was the fourth son of the Poseritz preposition Hermann Andreas Pistorius and his wife Sophie Juliane, daughter of the preposition Christian Anton Brunnemann in Bergen on Rügen . He studied law and in 1802 was admitted as a lawyer to the Upper Tribunal Wismar , the highest court in Swedish Pomerania . Pistorius became a councilor in Wolgast in 1803. In 1821 he became the town of Syndikus . In 1824 he was a member of the provincial parliament of Pomerania as a member of parliament for the cities of Grimmen , Wolgast, Tribsees , Lassan , Richtenberg and Gützkow . He was mayor of Wolgast from 1825 to 1846.

family

Heinrich Julius Pistorius married Johanna Dorothea Julie Stöwhaas in 1820, the daughter of a Wolgast broker. In 1822 his wife died a few days after the birth of their daughter Johanna Charlotte Julie (1822-1852), who later married the pastor Andreas Hellmuth Niz.
