As a Gutsdorf, Neparmitz had many owners. The Neparmitz manor house, built for Ehrenfried Gustav Holz in the second half of the 19th century , belonged to the Wahnschaffe family from 1900 to 1945. Due to vacancy after 1990 and vandalism, the facility is falling into disrepair.

Refugees from the eastern regions were housed in the manor house.
