Heinrich Krebs

Heinrich Otto Ludwig Philipp "Harry" Krebs (born January 6, 1910 in Schwabenheim an der Selz ; † March 21, 2001 in Kassel ) was a German judge. From 1959 to 1972 he was a federal judge at the Federal Social Court.

Life

On November 17, 1928 , Krebs enrolled at the Hessian Ludwig University of Law. In 1929 he was reciprocated in the Corps Hassia Gießen . On July 28, 1933, he was awarded a "good" doctorate by the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. iur. PhD. The doctoral certificate is signed by the rector Ernst Krieck and the dean Hans-Otto de Boor . In 1937 he entered the ordinary court . With the certificate of appointment from the Führer Headquarters , signed by Franz Gürtner on September 19, 1939, he was appointed to the District Court Judge. On November 30, 1950, he was appointed higher regional judge at the higher regional court in Koblenz . As President of the Senate at the Regional Social Court of Rhineland-Palatinate , he switched to social justice . In 1959, Krebs was appointed judge at the Federal Social Court. After reaching the age limit , he retired in 1972.
