Heinrich Ruland
Franz Heinrich Ruland (born September 20, 1852 in Bonn , † March 4, 1930 in Tecklenburg ) was a lawyer and member of the First Chamber of the Landtag of the Reichsland Alsace-Lorraine .
Life
Heinrich Ruland, the Catholic denomination, was the school attended in Bonn and studied at the University of Bonn , the University of Innsbruck and the University of Leipzig law . He completed his studies with a doctorate to become a Dr. jur. from.
From 1882 to 1918 he was a lawyer at the Colmar Regional Court and the Colmar Higher Regional Court .
He dealt in particular with poor relief and social policy and was chairman of the German association for poor relief and charity. He was a member of the Colmar Poor Council.
In 1911 he was appointed by the Kaiser as a member of the First Chamber of the State Parliament.
