Heinrich VII Chamberlain of Worms (* around 1360 ; † June 14, 1418 ) was mayor of Hagenau .

Henry VII came from the family of the Chamberlain of Worms . His parents were Heinrich VI., Called von Dürkheim (* around 1325 - † 14 February 1392), buried in St. Martin in Worms and Elisabeth, daughter of Siegfried and Bega Buser von Ingelheim, widowed von Wartenberg († 12 December 1386 ). Henry VII was married twice:

  • initially with Anna, daughter of Friedrich von Fleckenstein , bailiff in Lower Alsace. She died in 1409. A daughter whose name was not known came from this marriage, and she married Hans Blick von Lichtenberg.
  • In 1410 he married Anna von Pachenstein. After the death of Heinrich VII, she married Werner Winter von Alzey.

Act

The career of Henry VII is marked by several breaks: For his life he was appointed captain of the city of Worms, i.e. commander of the city's military. But this was ended after four years. From 1400 to 1408 he was mayor of Hagenau. He got into a violent conflict with Elector Rupprecht of the Palatinate , was imprisoned and had to swear an original feud .
