Heinrich Wolff (politician)

Heinrich Wolff (born January 10, 1909 in Schleswig , † January 18, 1975 in Lübeck ) was a German lawyer and politician ( CDU ).

Life

Wolff passed the Abitur at the cathedral school in Schleswig in 1927 . He studied law in Geneva , Munich, Berlin and Kiel. He passed the Great State Examination in 1934 in Berlin. He worked as a judge and public prosecutor at local and regional courts in Schleswig-Holstein, from 1937 in Lübeck . Wolff was a soldier during World War II . From 1947 he worked for the city of Lübeck, including as a senator .

In 1952 Wolff joined the CDU. In 1962 he was elected to the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein in the Lübeck-Süd state constituency. He won the direct mandate again in 1967 and 1971. Wolff was a member of several committees, including the Interior and Legal Committee. He was chairman of the submission committee and the investigation committees “Situation in the Police System” and “ Boarding School Wentorf ”. He was also represented in the judges' selection committee and in the state election committee. Wolff died before the end of the 7th parliamentary term. Peter Bendixen took over for him .

Wolff was married and had five children.
