Heinz-Peter Tjaden

Heinz-Peter Tjaden (* 1949 in Wilhelmshaven ) is a German editor and writer from Burgwedel .

Life

From 1967 to 1969, Tjaden completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at the Olympia-Werke in Roffhausen . After graduating from high school, he studied economics and journalism with Elisabeth Noelle-Neumann in Mainz . He completed his editorial traineeship at a specialist magazine publisher in Isernhagen near Hanover , at the Burgdorfer Kreisblatt and at the Hamburg news agency "Nordpress" from October 1979 to December 1980. He then worked as editor-in-chief of specialist journals such as "Straßen- und Tiefbau", "Motortipp" , “Pen and Ink” and as a culture editor at “Nordpress”. In 1984 and 1985 he was local editor in Burgdorf, in 1986 freelance work for the Bild newspaper , from 1989 to 2003 a weekly newspaper in Burgdorf and in 2004 editor-in-chief of the Wilhelmshaven weekly newspaper “2sechs3acht4”.

Heinz-Peter Tjaden writes ironic stories and non-fiction books. From him comes Mathematics - storybook If getting numbers dispute and Airborne Living - Guide to all from 70 . In satires he also devotes himself to prominent personalities.

Some of his contributions led to legal disputes, for example with the Mayor of Wilhelmshaven at the time , Eberhard Menzel, because of a fictional interview, with Jehovah's Witnesses and with a councilor from Wilhelmshaven. His contributions also prompted the print media to do their own research.
